The Management team is headed by Admiral A.A. Madueke as the Executive Chairman and Engr. Francis Chikelu as the Chief Operating Officer. The following is the profile of other staff employed to manage the key sections of the Clearinghouse:
- M. O. TOSIN-ONI; B.Sc., MBA, FCA [CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
OFFICER]
Tosin – Oni an Accounting Graduate from the University of Lagos and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). He started his professional Career at Onward Group of Companies (A Paper Manufacturing Company), as an Assistant Accountant in 1988 where he later rose to the position of the Company Accountant for a Sub–sidiary, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991.
Mr. Tosin Oni joined the First Acceptances Finance and Securities Ltd in 1992 as Manager (Credit & Marketing); joined the emerging Telecoms Industry in 1995 as the Pioneering General Manager of Andchristie Company Ltd, (Owners of the First Private Payphone Company in Nigeria - Telipoint Payphone).
In January 2001, Mr. Tosin - Oni joined Independent Telephone Network Ltd (ITN) as the Financial Controller. The position he held until he joined ICN in February 2005 as the Chief Business Development Officer.
- MR JUDE AURA CHUKWUMA; B. Eng, M. Sc. [DEPUTY CHIEF
TECHNICAL OFFICER]
Mr. Jude Aura Chukwuma holds a B.Eng in Electronic / Electrical Engineering of Anambra State University of Technology (Enugu State University of Technology). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi. He has had 16 years of extensive engineering practice.
On graduation he worked with the Metallurgical Training Institute Onitsha as an Instructor. Thereafter, he joined Information Management Resources (I. M. R.) Nig. Ltd. as a Systems Engineer. In 1992 he joined Siemens Information and Communication Network Group of Siemens Nig. Ltd. At Siemens he was involved vigorously in the Installation, Commissioning, Network integration, Operations and Maintenance of Siemens Digital Exchanges all over Nigeria. This job took him across the length and breadth of Nigeria. He was with Siemens for a period of 13 years.
Mr Chukwuma joined the management of Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited in November 2004 as the Deputy Chief Technical Officer. He brings to Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited his experience in understanding of field operation, project management, network dimensioning and integration. He has attended several courses within and outside the country.
- OLATUNJI ADESANYA; HND, P.G.D. [MANAGER, ENGINEERING]
He is a graduate of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu. (P.G.D. Electronics Engineering). He is also an HND holder of Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.
Mr. Olatunji Adesanya has attended several, local and International Courses/Trainings on variety of fields in Telecommunication Engineering. He has acquired, over the past decade, a diverse working experience, which has taken him to over twenty six states of the federation. This has afforded him a valuable exposure to planning, implementation and maintenance of Telecommunication infrastructures that borders on concepts, which include: Routing, Switching, Signalling protocols, Transmission techniques, Network- integration and information technology.
Mr. Olatunji Adesanya joined the management of Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited in November 2004 as the Engineering Manager after 11 years of service at Siemens.
- BARRISTER DAMIAN I. UDEH; LL.B (Hons.), B.L. [MANAGER,
LEGAL/REGULATORY]
Mr. Damian Udeh is a legal practitioner with 15 year post call experience spanning over corporate/commercial legal practice, litigation and more recently to arbitration and Alternative Methods of Dispute Resolution (ADR). He is an Associate Member of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group.
He is a graduate of the Abia State University Uturu Okigwe in Abia State and the Nigerian Law School Lagos where he was called to bar in 1989. Since then he has worked variously with the law firms of E. A. Molajo & Co (SAN) and George Okonkwo & Co. He has also worked as the Assistant General Manager (Operations & Legal) with Commerz and Investments Limited now Nadina Industries Limited
Before he joined the management of Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited, he was in active legal practice in Lagos.
- CHUKWU, UZO INYIMA; HND, PGD, MIT. [MANAGER, NETWORK
ADMINISTRATION]
Chukwu Uzo holds HND (Electrical Electronics Telecommunications from IMT Enugu, PGD from University of Calabar and Masters in Information Technology Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology). He has a Certificate in Satellite Communication, Switching and Rural Telephony from ITI India. An Accredited System Engineer ACT, ASE by COMPAQ, Microsoft Certified Professional MCP, Certificate in UNIX and Netware and also a member of IEEE.
He started his career as a Network Engineer with International Data Management Services Limited a licensee of NIIT Nigeria in 1997. He later joined Linkserve Nig Limited the Premier ISP in Nigeria as a Network Administrator and rose to the post of Head Technical Support Services.
He entered the telecoms industry as Head Technical Operations in September 2003 with Cell Communications Limited where he designed and implemented the interface for mobile internet Connectivity and also managed the VOIP Network.
Chukwu Uzo left Cell communications in September 2006 for Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited as Manager, Network Administration.
He has Nine years working experience in information and communications technology.
- HILARY OKECHUKWU ONUORAH; B. Sc., OCP [MANAGER, BILLING]
A graduate of computer science from University of Nigeria Nsukka and a Master of Business Administration from Lagos Business School (Pan-African University). He is a certified professional in oracle database applications (OCP).
He has over 12 years working experience in information and communications technology (ICT) with greater bias to software development and operations. As an IT professional he has worked as a database applications developer, software architect/systems analyst, and billing administrator.
He has worked in different areas of Telecommunications operations like GSM Roaming and Transferred Account Procedure administration, provisioning of subscriber services and Billing Operations.
- FOLUKE ESTHER TOMOMEWO; HND, MBA, ACA, ACIT[HEAD, FINANCE AND ACCOUNT ]
Foluke is an Accountancy Graduate with 16 years experience in the Health, Manufacturing, Banking, Auditing, Hospitality and Telecommunications Industries. She is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also an Associate member, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She also holds Masters in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from ESUT Business School, Marina, LagosShe started her professional career with Adebayo Ayoade & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants as Audit Senior between 1994 and 1997. She joined Ikeja Palace Hotels Limited, Lagos in 1997 and worked as the Admin and Finance Manager till 2003.Foluke joined Cell Communications Limited, a Private Telecommunication Company and worked as the Head of Finance and Accounts between 2003m and 2006. She joined Johnson Products Nigeria Limited a manufacturer of Baby Products, Ultra Sheen Relaxer, Afro Chic and Hotel Guest Amenities in 2006 as Executive Director, Finance representing Union Bank of Nigeria on the Board of the Company.
Foluke joined the Management of Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited in November 2007.
- GABRIEL ADEJUMO; B.Tech., OCP, CISA, ITIL[MANAGER, BILLING]
Gabriel is a Computer Science Graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology with a wide
experience in the ICT industry. He has proven skills in ERP Applications, Web programming, Database Administration, Billing Systems, Application integration, Automation, Reporting and Business process mapping.
He has also worked across various departments from Finance Projects, Billing and IT.
He started his career with Linkserve Nig Limited the Premier ISP in Nigeria as a Technical Engineer and later rose to the point of Web/Database Administrator. He later joined the Telecommunication industry in 2005 as a System Analyst for Finance Department, and later became the ERP Applications Support Specialist for the entire organization.
Gabriel joined Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited, in November 2007 as Manager, Billing Systems He has over five years working experience in information and communications technology
- Ngozi Madueke B.Sc, M.Sc [HEAD, BUSINESS ASSURANCE]
Ngozi holds a BSc in Management Information System and Decision Science and MSc in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from George Washington University, Washington DC.After her first degree, Ngozi started her career at Sprint Inc. as a Network Engineer in 2001, afterwhich she got certified as a Cisco Network Associate and worked for George Washington University as part of the University support staff as she pursued her MSc.
On graduating with an advanced degree, Ngozi joined DATABASICS Inc (a software company based in VA, USA) in 2003 as a Consultant. By 2004, she was a Business Analyst and soon a Lead Consultant/Project Manager with DATABASICS where she gained enormous experience in business analysis, systems design and project implementation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
As a consultant, Ngozi gained experience from working with internationally renowned companies like BAE Systems, XM Satellite Radio and L3 Communications to mid size and small companies. Each project and client bringing a new challenge and an opportunity to learn something new, as well as travel to different cities. Ngozi brings her vast experience to Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Ltd where she assumes the role of Manager, Business Assurance.
- BARIMALAA TUBO [MANAGER,IP]
Bari Obtained an M. Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering in June 1983 from the Polytechnic Institute of Timisoara, Romania. He started his career in 1984 as a lecturer in telecommunications and electronics at the Federal Polytechnic, Mubi and was at one time the acting head of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Department.Bari made a brief stay at the University of Port Harcourt before joining Data Sciences Nigeria Limited in April 1991. He was assistant head of the team that managed the Shell Petroleum Development Company's IT Network from 1992 to 1995. He was Senior Manager, Technical Services and the head of training from 1995 to 2000.
Bari joined Independent Telephone Networks, a private telephone operator, in 2000 as the IT administrator to and headed the IT section of the company.
He is a certified in Netware Administrator and a Cisco Network Specialist. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers and Computer Professionals of Nigeria. Bari joined the management of Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited in February 2008 as the Manager IP with 24 years of experience.
