- REAR ADMIRAL A.A. MADUEKE (RTD), GCON, mni
Admiral Madueke is a retired Chief of the Naval Staff of the Nigerian Navy. A graduate of the Britannia Royal College Dartmouth England and School of Maritime Operations Southwick. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Navigation, London (MRIN) and Member of the Nautical Institute, London (MNI). Admiral Madueke had extensive training and experience in communication systems in his Naval Career and commanded Capital Ships and Establishments. He attended several Senior Officers’ courses in management of Organizations, Human and Material Resources. He is also a graduate of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru.
He holds two Doctorate degrees (Honoris causa) in Science (D.Sc.) – Enugu State University of Technology and Law (LL.D) – Abia State University and served at the Embassy of Nigeria as Naval Attache in Washington DC, USA where he also received the US Presidential Award of LEGION OF MERIT (DEGREE OF OFFICER)
His highly acclaimed administrative capabilities saw him serve two tenures as Military Governor of Old Anambra State and Old Imo State. These capabilities also ensured his rise to the top of his Service as Chief of the Naval Staff.
Since his retirement, Admiral Madueke has made a successful transition into the business world as Chairman of Radam Maritime Services Ltd., Regalia Nigeria Ltd, Excel E & P (Marginal Oil Fields) Ltd., Solid Rock Securities and Investments Ltd., Image Consultants Ltd. and a host of other Board appointments. He brings to the table a wealth of Management and Corporate Governance experiences.
- CHIEF (DR.) EPHRAIM FALOUGHI, OON
Chief Faloughi is the Chairman of Sovereign Trust Insurance Company and a Director of numerous financial and manufacturing companies. He is an accomplished business man who has had a long-outstanding interest and passion for investment in telecommunications/technology.
- MR. ALBAN OFILI-OKONKWO
Mr. Ofili-Okonkwo is an accomplished businessman with interest in various enterprises including finance, transportation, and engineering. He is the Chairman of Autobahn, an engineering firm responsible for introducing tri-cycles (Keke NAPEP) into the Nigerian Transportation System.
- ALHAJI M.K. JADA
Alhaji Jada is a seasoned businessman with interest in Banking and Finance. He has had a long-outstanding interest for investment in telecommunications and Technology.
- DR. ANTHONY O. OBOH
Dr. Oboh is the Managing Director of Unique Venture Capital Management Company. He represents his company on the Board of ICN.
- UGO (DR.) OBI RALPH EKEZIE
Dr. Ekezie is a seasoned petroleum engineer and Chairman/Chief Executive of Petrodynamics Ltd., an oil services firm. He also holds substantial financial interest in Hallmark Assurance Plc, a company where he also acts as the Chairman.
- HAJIYA HALITA ALIYU
Hajiya Aliyu is the Chairman/Chief Executive of Akklaim Telecoms Ltd. Hajiya retired from full time employment as an Executive Director of the Incumbent Carrier – Nitel. She has also served as the Chairman/Chief Executive of the Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications Ltd. [Mtel]. Hajiya Aliyu brings an invaluable wealth of experience and deep knowledge of the Nigerian Telecom Market to ICN.
