Scope of Services:
- Manage the collection, storage and rating of CDR of traffic through the interconnect exchange.
- Generate monthly invoices and manage the payment for interconnect traffic between the Operators.
- Facilitate dispute resolution with regards to usage charges/invoices between Operators.
- Provide online support and prompt attendance to operators need through a secured Web-Portal helpdesk. Operators can run end to end transactions such as check detail and summary reports either in number of traffic, duration or charge over this same portal. Enquiries, comments and e-mails to ICN can also be carried out.
- Rate and report interconnect usage charges daily.
- Management of the Interconnect Settlement Process.
